I, Jan Snoek, have many years of experience in (kick)boxing.
I like to pass on my experience and skills to enthusiastic people who want to learn or improve these martial arts techniques.
We work together by means of (hand) pads or a punching bag
to your condition, and build muscle mass.
The workouts help with any stress,
It also helps a lot with weight loss.

The training sessions are at a boxing gym in 's-Hertogenbosch,
but can also be done on location.
I'll be happy to come to you, and bring all the necessary materials!
(extra costs on location in 's-Hertogenbosch €5,-
outside this region on request)
